Training Program

The Cutting Barriers training program prepares trainees for jobs in the hospitality industry, with a focus on food preparation and basic culinary skills. Under the supervision of expert trainers, students will develop a wide variety of skills and build confidence in the workplace.



We offer services not only to the Under One Roof facility but to community members as well through community kitchen programs, workshops, and sales of rescued food products. This invites the community to experience and support programming at Under One Roof while providing future employment opportunities.
